Las Vegas Design Center: Comprehensive & Convenient

TRADE

Las Vegas Design Center is a to-the-trade only facility. Qualified interior designers and retailers can access the center during regular business hours. All visitors must check in at the information desk in the lobby of Building A to receive a badge. First-time visitors will be asked to provide the following in order to receive a trade badge:

• Resale Certificate (if applicable in your state)
• And one of the following showing you are employed in the furniture, home decor, or design industry:
  1. Business Card or Company issued photo badge, with company name and registrant name listed.
  2. URL to website that shows the business is in the furniture, home decor, or design industries, and includes your name and affiliation to the company.
  3. Copy of pay stub with sensitive information removed, i.e. social security, bank information.
• Plus, one of the following showing your company is provides retail or service in the industry:
  1. Copy of interior designer license or certification.
  2. Copy of architectural license.
  3. Copies of two (2) invoices from the last 6 months, showing large volume purchases in the furniture/design industry. Purchase amounts and seller's names must be clearly legible on the copies, as well as your name and company name on each page.

If these materials cannot be provided, the visitor will receive a consumer badge.

CONSUMERS

LVDC grants access to consumers and design enthusiasts through its Design Salon program. Here, LVDC pairs consumers with and independent interior designer who offers services such as project planning and product recommendations, as well as facilitates access to showrooms and purchases (for a fee). All visitors must check in with the reception in Building A to obtain a badge.
