Las Vegas Market is open to members of the home furnishings, gift, and design trades, including, but not limited to, retailers, buyers, interior designers, architects, specifiers and purchasing companies. Proof of trade status is required to complete your Las Vegas Market registration. Accepted credentials vary based on registration class. State- or government-issued photo identification is required to pick up your market badge. Registration requests will remain pending until appropriate documentation is received.

ONE OF THE FOLLOWING:

• Company issued photo badge with company name and registrant name listed
• URL to website that shows your name and affiliation to the company
• Copy of pay stub, W2, or 1099 with sensitive information removed, i.e., social security number

*Please note, letters of employment will not be accepted, nor will handwritten business cards.

Plus, one of the following showing your company provides retail or service(s) in the industry:

• Copy of interior designer license or certification
• Copy of architectural license
• Copies of two (2) invoices from the last 6 months, showing large volume purchases in the apparel, furniture, home decor, gift, or design industries
• *Purchase amounts and seller's names must be clearly legible on the copies, as well as your name and company name on each page.
• Active company website

*Additional documentation may be required if submitted documents do not meet the requirements for registration.

Registration requests will remain pending until appropriate documentation is received. You can submit the proof of status during the online registration process. If you do not have all the credentials ready at the time of registration, you can log back into the Registration Resource Center and upload them. Once documentation is provided, it can take up to one (1) week to approve.

If you’ve pre-registered online, you will receive a Scan & Go QR code prior to market through email or the new @Market app. When you arrive, simply scan your code at any of the registration desks and present photo identification to receive your badge. If you need assistance with your badge, head to the Customer Service desk in any building lobby.

There is no cost to attend Las Vegas Market for buyers and media. Buyers may bring up to two (2) guests at a rate of $50 per person. Non-Exhibiting Manufacturers, including Manufacturer Representatives, Independent Representatives, or Suppliers to the Las Vegas Market exhibitors who do not register under an exhibiting company roster may register for a fee of $50 per approved registration.

World Market Center boasts more than 5.4 million square feet of permanent showrooms and temporary exhibits that feature the latest furniture, bedding, casual/outdoor, home décor and gift products from more than 4,000 exhibitors and brands.

There are many ways to get to Market from Harry Reid International Airport. Taxis are available outside baggage claim; rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are available from level 2M of the Terminal 1 Parking Garage or the Valet level of the Terminal 3 parking garage; or take a shuttle.

There are a variety on onsite and nearby parking locations at Las Vegas Market. Attendees may also use our complimentary shuttle service that takes attendees to and from select host hotels and Market every day.

Important Las Vegas Market policies include:

• Market badges must be worn at all times.
• Children under age 12 are not permitted to attend. Strollers are prohibited.
• Las Vegas Market welcomes individuals with their service animals. 
• Solicitation of product and product samples is not permitted at Las Vegas Market.
• Showroom photography policies vary. Please check with showrooms prior to taking photos. You may use the @Market app to take pictures of products in the showrooms to save to your Market Recap.
• Attendees should check luggage while at Las Vegas Market at the Coat & Bag Check areas, located in Lot A, across from the Shuttle Bus Area, and on the Expo Floor. Strollers are prohibited during Market.
• Sample sales are discouraged during Market. Any samples purchased may not leave the showrooms during business hours and must be accompanied by a merchandise form. Purchases made in the Immediate Delivery (Cash & Carry) section of the Gift & Home Temporaries are the exception.
• Smoking is NOT permitted on showroom floors, in stairwells or in elevator lobbies.
• Smoking is allowed only in approved outdoor spaces.

During the bi-annual Las Vegas Market, LVDC showrooms are closed to the public.

To enter the showrooms in the Las Vegas Design Center, buyers must provide:

• a current retail business license or federal resale tax certificate (VAT for international businesses);
• an imprinted, personalized business card for each buyer in your group;
• and a state- or government-issued photo identification.

Designers and architects must present:

• a current state- or government-issued certification or current retail business license;
• a business card; and a state- of government-issued photo identification.
