Admission Policies

Please review the following policies before arriving at Las Vegas Market. Attendees must provide business credentials to enter Las Vegas Market. REGISTER

Market Credentials

Las Vegas Market is open to members of the apparel, home furnishings, gift and design trades, including but not limited to retailers, buyers, interior designers, architects, specifiers, purchasing companies, etc. Las Vegas Market is a trade-only show. Attendees must provide:

Business Credentials PLUS Individual Designer/Buyer Credentials

Company Issued photo badge with company name and registrant name listed.
URL to website that shows your name and affiliation to the company.
Copy of pay stub, W2, or 1099 with sensitive information removed, i.e., social security number

*Please note, letters of employment will not be accepted nor handwritten business cards

Plus, one of the following showing your company provides retail or services in the industry:

Copy of interior designer license or certification
Copy of architectural license
Copies of two (2) invoices from the last 6 months, showing large volume purchases in the apparel, furniture, home decor, gift, or design industries. Purchase amounts and seller's names must be clearly legible on the copies, as well as your name and company name on each page
Active company website

Non-Exhibiting Manufacturers

Non-Exhibiting Manufacturers must register for an Industry badge and be approved each Market through Show Management. This includes Manufacturer Representatives, Independent Representatives, or Suppliers to Atlanta Market exhibitors who do not register under an exhibiting company roster. Please visit the Registration Office in Building 1 for assistance. The registration fee is $50 per approved registration.

Sales Representatives

Sales Representatives should be registered under the company that they represent for a complimentary no-charge badge. Sales Representatives that do not register under an exhibiting company will be issued an Industry badge at a cost of $50 each.

Market Guests

Buyers may bring up to two (2) guests at a rate of $50 per person. Spouse of a registered buyer in attendance will not be subject to a guest fee.

Media

Approved media is welcome to attend Las Vegas Market free of charge.

Teachers

Teachers, employed by a collegiate level school or an adult trade school, who have a current curriculum that specifically covers interior design, architecture, or the design industry, may apply for a special "Teacher" pass to attend the show.

If you wish to bring a student group with you to the show, include the students first and last names in your email. All students must remain with you during their time at Market. They are not permitted to walk the show floor alone. All students must be adults currently enrolled in your school’s program. High school student groups are not eligible to attend.

Please include the following details in your email:

Your first and last name
Your school’s name
A link to your school’s web site highlighting your current applicable curriculum
If you are unable to include #3 above, you may send a scanned copy of a letter (on your school’s letterhead), verifying your status as a teacher at the institution, and briefly outlining the courses you teach that connect you to the furniture, gift or design industries.
Your mailing address and phone number
A list of your students if applicable

*Please note that independent students are NOT eligible to attend Market unless they are accompanied by their instructor.

Children at Market

Children under 12 are not permitted to attend. Strollers are prohibited at Market.

Market Badges

Approved Market guests will receive a market badge before the first day of Market. These must be visible at all times on campus.

Animals

No pets are allowed at Market. Only licensed service animals are permitted at Las Vegas Market. For more information about service animals at Market, view our policies here.

Cameras and Photography

Showroom photography policies vary. Please check with showrooms prior to taking photos.

Carts/Baggage

Attendees are asked to check luggage while at Las Vegas Market. View locations on where to check your luggage here. Strollers are prohibited during Market.

Disruptive Behavior

Conduct that interferes with the operations or management of Market or which endangers the health, safety or well-being of others is expressly prohibited.

Sample Sales

Sample sales are discouraged during Market. Any samples purchased may not leave the showrooms during business hours and must be accompanied by a merchandise form. Learn more about our bi-annual Sample Sales on campus here.

Smoking

NO smoking is permitted on showrooms floors, in stairwells or in elevator lobbies. Smoking is allowed only in approved outdoor spaces.

Solicitation of Product

Solicitation of product and product samples is not permitted at Las Vegas market.

Weapons

Firearms, bladed weapons, explosives, batons, and other personal weapons are not permitted on the Las Vegas Market campus.

Consent for use of Image and Data

By registering, attending or participating in any IMC meetings and activities, you consent to permit IMC and its designees accessing, using and distributing your image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, audiotapes, and other recordings as well as your contact information and other data you provide to IMC in connection with your registration, attendance or participation in any IMC meetings and activities.
