Jul 29 - Aug 2, 2018 TAP TO SAVE THE DATE!
September 25, 2017

Las Vegas Market's First Look program received a record-breaking number of product submissions this season. When you consider the show's growth — in new categories, as well as in established segments — it's no surprise this season's curation was the most invigorating and rigorous yet.

We set the stage, literally, for First Look in our product displays. Located in a freestanding case in the Grand Plaza courtyard during Summer Market, here's what was highlighted in these multilayered vignettes:

  • PANTONE®VIEW home + interiors palettes is illustrated for 2018 in "iGen," a dynamic and colorful presentation that anticipates the wants of Generation Z. These digital natives, born in the mid-1990s through the mid-2000s, already outnumber Millennials and have $44 billion in annual purchase power.
  • Speaking of Millennials ... these demographer darlings are the focus of "Modern Traditions." We imagine holiday decorating in an urban maximalist-style dining vignette. Subtle seasonal touches complement bold patterns and multiple metal finishes.
  • In "Water Signs," we're heading to the beach. Or the pool ... take your pick. Gifts and personal accessories that suit both destinations, plus inviting casual lounge furniture, celebrate our love of water — and enduring blue color palettes.
  • Lastly, Handmade celebrates the creativity and craftsmanship of Las Vegas Market tenants across campus. We've created our most retail-like environment to date to showcase makers' skill and artistry.
