About Kami
Kami’s passion for good design & livable interiors is what led her down the path of owning her own design firm. After finishing college & beginning her first career, Kami decided to pursue her true passion - design.
Going back to college, Kami received her second degree, this time in Interior Design, and began working for several design firms here in the valley. Working with both mid & high-level design firms, Kami learned the skills needed to design, manage & complete large-scale projects.
After 5 years in the design industry, she set out to build her own design firm, knowing that she wanted to offer customer service that was second to none & beautiful design that was lasting & live-able. Both of these principles hold true today & are at the heart of every project she takes on. Kami is an ASID Allied Member, which gives her the resources she needs to stay current in the latest design & building practices.

About Aly Morford and Leigh Lincoln
About Aly: Aly Morford has been designing interiors since the age of 5. In 2016 she co-founded Pure Salt with best friend and business partner Leigh Lincoln, with a vision of creating inspired spaces, products and experiences that encourage people to live deeply in each moment through clean, natural and functional design.
Prior to Pure Salt, Aly owned a successful floral design business in San Clemente, California that was the go-to choice for upscale weddings and events. It was during this time that one of her most trusted and loyal clients asked Aly to design her whole home. With her “can do” spirit and a sense of fearlessness, Aly made it happen and soon found herself booking home projects on the side. What began as a side job became a viable new business idea.
Aly brings this unwavering entrepreneurial spirit to Pure Salt, allowing the business to accelerate its growth through creativity, strategic risk-taking, and hard work. Founded on the philosophy that the home is the foundation for life, Aly is committed to creating beautiful yet functional family-friendly spaces where life’s best moments happen.
About Leigh: Leigh Lincoln, one of three sisters that make up the McCarthy Triplets, has been carving out a niche for herself since day one. She found her identity in being the imaginative one. Always driven by creativity, she co-founded Pure Salt alongside business partner and best friend Aly Morford in 2016. Given her deep connection to family, she set out with the intention of creating inspired spaces, products and experiences that encourage people to more deeply connect with their homes, lives and families. Leigh has helped build Pure Salt Interiors into a leading design studio known for its clean, natural, and functional interiors that are also approachable and family friendly.
Leigh brings a unique combination of creative and business experience honed from over a decade of senior management at some of the country’s most prestigious ad agencies. As a Senior Vice President leading a large team, she established herself as one of the rare types who were equally business and creatively savvy. In this role, she developed major national brand campaigns for leading retailers and Grammy-winning recording artists. Being a triplet, she learned the importance of collaboration early on in life and thrives working in team environments. Leigh leads from the heart and skillfully brings together the needs of the client with her own creative vision for a successful partnership.
Leigh’s robust corporate America experience also inspired Pure Salt’s commitment to operational excellence and an established design process. Together she and Aly created a proprietary, highly flexible and fully transparent three-phase process that invites anyone to take part in the Pure Salt lifestyle.
