Source and Discover the Newly Expanded Stephen Young Showroom
Exploration and opportunity await buyers at Las Vegas Market this summer in Building C. Summer Market marks an exciting time for C11 and Stephen Young. After the successful debut of their showroom during Winter Market, the multi-line West Coast representative is expanding their showroom space, creating more chances to source new and favorite product lines. Buyers can look forward to the same welcoming atmosphere and incredible customer service, and other exciting additions when visiting Stephen Young this summer.
The showroom expansion includes the Book Room (C1196) and their Home Room (C1112), two distinct spaces that give buyers opportunities to source a wide range of gift and lifestyle product. The motivation behind the Book Room expansion is to increase and diversify the offerings of giftable books for customers and help create a space where customers can conduct business.
When asked about his decision to expand, Young says, “The Book Room is currently 8,000 sq. ft. and for July we are adding another 4,000 sq. ft. At 12,000 sq. ft, the Book Room will be the largest books-only showroom in the country. We draw our customers from everywhere, and new customers are so excited to be able to buy through such a venue. Our books are organized by publisher and subject, and the additional space will make it possible to accommodate more books.” Customers will be able to walk throughout the larger space and have more opportunities to explore and engage with product. In the Book Room, all buyers have the opportunity to see individual book covers and flip through the illustrated pages as they browse. The increased square footage allows buyers to discover titles like never before and provides the perfect atmosphere to discover new product and place orders effectively.
Other exciting expansions include the Home Room's additional 2,000 square feet for Summer Market, increasing buyers' opportunities to both source and be inspired by the various product offerings ranging from luxury personal care, personal accessories, children’s apparel and accessories, candles, decorative accessories, and so much more. Customers can look forward to exploring new lines when they walk through the doors this summer. “We are adding Chehoma, which is a Belgian-based line of wonderful European accessories and small furniture,” says Young.
Other aspects of the space that buyers can look forward to experiencing within the showroom are the hospitality and overall welcoming atmosphere. Before stepping into either showroom, buyers will be welcomed by murals of Florence, Italy, in the atrium. For those who need a welcome break from placing orders, their café Bar George offers a wide range of beverages for buyers within the Home Room, giving buyers space to recharge and relax. “We employ a full-time barista who makes wonderful coffee drinks, chai and hot chocolate from the South of France. We have a full bar and also serve lunches to our customers who have appointments with our team of sales reps. This year we will feature a cocktail of the day, chosen each day from one of our publishers' books,” says Young. Additionally, there are refreshing beverage services throughout all showrooms for buyers.
