Tens of thousands of retailers
and designers attended Summer
Las Vegas Market and
found more diversity in the high-end
area than ever before.
According to Robert Maricich, president
and CEO of World Market Center
Las Vegas, Las Vegas Market featured 120
new-to-Market companies that represented
this high-end sector.
“We are proud to have a growing
representation of high-end and luxury focused
manufacturers now showing at
Las Vegas Market,” Maricich said. “We're
demonstrating a commitment and
sharper focus to showcase vibrant international,
high-end, design and sustainability
sectors of the industry.”
A broad selection of high-end lines
were featured as part of the juried design
sections at Las Vegas Market, while others
were shown in permanent showrooms
and the year-round Las Vegas
Design Center. The juried showcase
sections included ConTextSM, Design &
LivingSM and Living Green PavilionSM. Las
Vegas Market also organized a “Designer
Days” series of events, geared specifically
to the high-end and design audience.
